Above and beyond

Over the past Fifteen years, G-Thamini has touched the lives of tens of thousands of young people through its diverse programs offered in schools, after-school sessions, and holiday camps.

Before the pandemic, G-Thamini operated on a wide scale—partnering with 63 schools and reaching nearly 20,000 students. While each student may have participated in just one or two sessions, the exposure planted seeds of self-worth and positive decision-making.

Following the pandemic, G-Thamini shifted its strategy from broad reach to deep impact. Today, we focus on 20 core schools, where students engage in multiple sessions per term and gain access to a wider range of programs throughout the year.

By narrowing our focus, we’re creating deeper, more lasting change, ensuring that every young person we work with receives consistent support, mentorship, and opportunities to grow. At the heart of it all is our mission:
 To empower youth with positive self-esteem and self-awareness, to make the right choices in life.
